Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union Guest Services  There are 3 Guest Services Areas in the building. The main Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union Guest Services Area is located behind Section 101.  The other Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union Guest Services are in Section 201 on the Club Level and Section 321 on the 300 Level.  All Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union Guest Services are geared to provide guests with information and direction.  At the main Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union Guest Services, we also provide lost and found, advanced ticket purchases and box office assistance. Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union Guest Services also provides a safe ride home to guests who have had too much alcohol.

Gates There are 8 Gates in the building. Gate A:     Access off of the Jeep Club Plaza 100 Level concourse at Section 128. Gate B:     Access off of the Jeep Club Plaza to 100 Level concourse at Section 103. Gate C:     Access off of the Chrysler Suite Plaza to 100 Level concourse at Section 112. Gate D:     Access off of the rear of the building to 100 Level concourse at Section 118.  This is a rarely used gate. Gate F:     Access off of the Jeep Club Plaza into NW Stair Tower to the Floor Section.  This is a rarely used gate. VIP West Entrance:     Access off of the Jeep Club Plaza to 100 Level, 200 Level and Level 5.  This is a Jeep Club and Chrysler Suite Level entrance. VIP East Entrance:     Access off of the East Plaza to Level 100, 200 Level and Level 5.  This is a Jeep Club and Chrysler Suite Level entrance. Box Office Entrance:     ADA entrance with elevator access.  Used for all events.
