This blockbuster one-day seminar will arrive at the St. Pete Times Forum on Tuesday, April 27 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m., and will give guests proven strategies to sharpen their business skills, ignite their motivation, accelerate their effectiveness and increase their income.

Seminar attendees are encouraged to arrive early and carpool if possible, as large crowds are expected. Doors to the event will open at 6:45 a.m.
Traffic Advisory: There will be traffic congestion in downtown Tampa from 6:30 a.m. to
9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Streets to avoid are Platt Street/Channelside Drive; Brorein Street; Tampa Street (from Jackson Street to Brorein Street); Morgan Street (from Kennedy Boulevard to Channelside Drive); Channelside Drive (from Twiggs Street to Cumberland Avenue); Franklin Street (from Whiting Street to Channelside Drive).
The Tampa Street extension connecting Brorein Street to Franklin Street may be closed. To access Harbour Island from Tampa Street, use Whiting Street to Franklin Street.
For those attending the event, the City of Tampa Transportation Division strongly recommends parking in Ybor City, Channel District or the areas surrounding Marion Transit Center, since parking south of Kennedy Boulevard will be limited.
Attendees that park in Ybor City can ride FREE on the TECO Line Streetcar system to avoid downtown traffic. Service begins at 6:00 a.m. and will continue until 6:00 p.m. If parking at Centro Ybor Garage, board at Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union Station located across from Centro Ybor, 1600 East 8th Avenue or at Streetcar Society Station at 8th Avenue and 15th Street. If parking at Noriega Garage, board at Cadrecha Station located across from Spaghetti Warehouse, 1911 North 13th Street. On the return trip, board at HSBC Station on Morgan Street directly behind the Forum.
Again, seminar attendees are encouraged to arrive early and carpool if possible.
Those working in downtown that have reserved/monthly parking should consider working flex work hours if possible to avoid traffic congestion.
Those working in downtown that do not have reserved/monthly parking, will want to flex work hours and arrive by 6:30 a.m. to secure a normal parking spot. If arriving after 6:30 a.m., parking is suggested in the Northern part of downtown at a metered location. Buses are available down to ride down the Transit Mall.
Those working downtown should avoid scheduling meetings on this day with clients from outside of area as there will likely be no hourly parking available in the downtown area, south of Kennedy Boulevard after 6:30 a.m. You may want to carpool, use mass transit or take a vacation day.
