Due to the Tampa Bay Lightning Eastern Conference Finals playoff schedule with the Boston Bruins at the St. Pete Times Forum, only the Thursday, May 19 7:00 p.m.; Friday, May 20 7:00 p.m.; and Saturday, May 21 11:00 a.m., 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. performances of Disney On Ice presents Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story 3 have been cancelled. Refunds will be given to ticket holders for these cancelled performances. Those ticket holders interested in attending another performance must repurchase tickets.
Sunday performances remain as scheduled and in addition, a NEW Opening Night has been slated for Wednesday, May 18 at 7:00 p.m.Tickets for the May 18 show will go on sale, Monday, May 16th at 10:00 a.m.

Refund Procedures
Ticketmaster Online/Telephone – Customers who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster online or charge by phone will have their credit cards automatically refunded for the full purchase price of their tickets.Customers should allow seven to ten days for the refund to process.
Ticketmaster Outlets/Box Office– Customers who purchased their tickets at a Ticketmaster outlet or at the McDonald’s Box office at the St. Pete Times Forum should take their tickets to the place of purchase for an exchange or full refund.
St. Pete Times Forum Group Sales - Customers who purchased their tickets through Group Sales should contact their sales representative or by calling 813-301-6900 for an exchange or full refund.
FELD Group Sales – Customers who purchased their tickets through Feld Group Sales should contact their sales representative for an exchange or full refund or by calling 866-248-8740.
Third Party Vendors – Customers who purchased their tickets from a third party vendor will need to contact their point of purchase for refund.These tickets cannot be refunded through the McDonald’s Box Office or Ticketmaster.
