McDonald's Box Office Being Relocated During Arena Transformation

Temporary Box Office to be Open on Event Days Only

TAMPA BAY – The McDonald’s Box Office at the St. Pete Times Forum will be closed on all non-event days due to renovation and construction as part of the Times Forum’s transformation, due to be completed for the 2011-12 Lightning season. Single-event tickets will not be available for purchase during this time at the McDonald’s Box Office. For around-the-clock ticket purchases, log on to Ticketmaster.com, call 1.800.745.3000 or visit any local Ticketmaster outlet.

The temporary Box Office will be open starting at 9:00 a.m. on event days and will be located near the parking garage on the West Plaza of the St. Pete Times Forum.

For Lightning-related ticket inquiries, the MetroPCS Client Services Lounge located inside the St. Pete Times Forum will operate during normal business hours.  To contact the Lightning Locker for merchandise questions or purchases, please call 813.301.6940.

Medallions Restaurant, Icons Lounge and Shots at Channelside will also be closed during the arena renovations. Concession stands inside the St. Pete Times Forum will still be open for business on event days and continue to offer a wide variety of options.
