| WHERE CAN I PARK? 1,500 spaces are available in the South Regional Parking Garage, located on the west side of the St.Pete Times Forum. 10,000 spaces are within walking distance (South of Kennedy Blvd.).

| WHERE CAN I GET MONEY? SunTrust ATM's are located outside the main entrances off the Chrysler Jeep Plaza Level and inside the St.Pete Times Forum at section 104.

| WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MEDICAL ATTENTION? There are two first aid offices in the St.Pete Times Forum, located on the Plaza at section 112 and on the Terrace at section 312.

| WHAT IF I NEED TO USE THE RESTROOMS? There are a total of 37 public restrooms, including disabled restrooms and restrooms equipped with baby changing stations on each level.

| WHERE CAN I SMOKE? Smoking is not permitted inside the St.Pete Times Forum. Guests on the 100 and 300 Levels may use the smoking areas outside sections 328 and 126/128. Guests on the Jeep Club Level may use the smoking patio outside section 212. Shots @ Channelside will also be open during the game for smokers.

| WHAT IF I NEED GUEST SERVICES? There are Guest Service booths located on the main concourse at section 101, on the Jeep Club Level at section 201 and on the Terrace at section 321.

| CAN I SCALP TICKETS? Selling of tickets for any St.Pete Times Forum event, including Lightning tickets, on the premises is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted.

| AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEO? Video cameras are not permitted into the St.Pete Times Forum. For all Lightning games, spectators are allowed to bring in cameras that do not have a detachable lens or large telephoto lens. Guests wanting to know the specific policy for other events should call the box office prior to arrival at 813.301.6500.

| CAN I BRING MY PET? Pets are not permitted in the St.Pete Times Forum, however all service animals are welcome.

| | PUCKS? Safety Warning:Pucks can be propelled into the spectator areas any time warm-up or play is in progress, or after the stoppage of play. To help avoid injury, stay alert whenever you are in the stands. If you are injured, ask the nearest usher for directions to the medical station.
Fans are welcome to keep any puck shot into the stands, but NHL rules prohibit interference with any game in progress. Any fan interfering with a game will be ejected from the building.
