The Lightning Foundation is always in search of hard working, dedicated volunteers.  As a 501(c)3 organization, the Lightning Foundation raises money for various charities in the Tampa Bay area by hosting special events and also coordinates multiple programs in the community.

Reindeer Run – Annual Race
Volunteer for the Lightning Foundation’s annual Reindeer Run and Family Holiday Festival.  Held at the St. Pete Times Forum, the Reindeer Run features a 5K race and a holiday activities aimed at families.  We are in need of volunteers for all aspects of the run and festival.  Volunteers will be compensated with one ticket to a Lightning home game.

Game Night Activities – 2005-06 Season:
During Lightning home games, the Lightning Foundation raises money for local organizations with raffles, sales, and a silent auction. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist at the Lightning Foundation Tables, which are located throughout the concourse.  Volunteers have the opportunity occasionally to earn Lightning tickets, in gratitude for their service.
